3 Days before Departure

On Monday (Dec. 6, 2004) I will be leaving for Germany and the Czech Republic. It has been a while since I last traveled by myself. It has also been since 1990 when I was last in Eastern Europe. I'm keen to seen how that part of the world changed in the last 14 years.
